At ModernArtCam™ LLC, every original artwork, limited edition print, and commercial licensing project is handled with care and professionalism. The following policies explain how physical artwork and digital licensing files are delivered and how returns are handled.
Original Artwork:
Shipping
Original paintings are carefully packaged to provide maximum protection during transit.
Each artwork is professionally wrapped using protective materials appropriate for its size, medium, and destination.
Shipping methods and carriers are selected based on the artwork and delivery location.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
International buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival.
If your package appears damaged during transit, photograph both the packaging and artwork before opening or removing any protective materials whenever possible.
Any shipping damage should be reported to ModernArtCam within five (5) business days of delivery.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your original artwork purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
Artwork must be returned in its original condition.
Artwork must be returned using appropriate protective packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the return results from shipping damage or an error by ModernArtCam.
Refunds are issued after the artwork has been received and inspected.
Limited Edition Prints:
Shipping
Limited edition prints are produced using professional archival printing methods and are carefully packaged to minimize the risk of damage during shipment.
Shipping methods vary according to print size and destination.
Tracking information is provided whenever available.
Damaged Prints
If a print arrives damaged during shipping, please notify us within five (5) business days and include photographs of both the packaging and damaged print.
A replacement or refund will be arranged as appropriate.
Returns
Limited edition prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Returned prints must be unused and in original condition.
Custom-framed prints, special orders, or personalized items are generally not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
Commercial Licensing & Digital Production Files:
Commercial licensing is governed separately under our Commercial Licensing Terms.
Because production-ready artwork files are custom-prepared for specific licensed applications, digital file deliveries are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once files have been delivered or licensing rights have commenced.
If technical issues arise with a delivered production file, ModernArtCam will work promptly with the client and approved production partner to resolve the issue.
Delivery of Licensed Files
Production-ready artwork files are supplied electronically after:
Execution of the licensing agreement
Receipt of applicable licensing fees
Completion of production preparation
File formats may include TIFF, PSD, PSB, PDF, or other mutually approved production formats.
Color Accuracy
Every effort is made to accurately represent artwork on this website.
However, colors displayed on monitors, tablets, and mobile devices may vary due to differences in display technology, calibration, and ambient lighting.
Minor variations between on-screen images and physical artwork or printed materials should be expected.
Shipping Delays
Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines only.
ModernArtCam is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, labor disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
